Lemon Rasam

Ingredients
Pasiparuppu -  1/4 cup
Tomato - 2 nos
Rasam powder -2 tspn
(If you do not have rasam powder,then u can use crushed pepper corn and seeragam- cumin seeds)
Turmeric powder -1/4 tspn
Garlic crushed 2 nos
Curry leaf - one string
Corriander leaf chopped - 1 tspn
Lemon - 1 (juice)
Salt to taste
Mustard -1/4 tsp
Ghee -1 tsp
Red chilli split -1

Preparation
Pressure Cook pasiparuppu and tomato and mash it once it cool. Add enough water to liquidate the paruppu masiyal.

Add rasam powder, turmeric powder, salt, crushed garlic and mix well.

In a kadai add ghee once it melt, add split red chilli , mustard seeds, curry leaf. Fry it and add this into rasam mixture and cook it until it pop out bubble on the top of the mixture.  Do not over cook or boil it.

Add chopped coriander and lemon juice.
