Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients

Paneer - 200gms (Crumbled)
Butter - 1 tspn
Cumin seed - 1/2 tspn
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
Red Capsicum - 1 tspn (chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 tspn (chopped)
Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
Chopped corriander, pudina - 1 tspn

Preparation
In a kadai add butter and let it melt. Then add cumin seeds once it pop out add chopped green chilli, onion fry it until it mash.

Then add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder and saute it until it become soft and fully cooked.

Now add chilli powder, garam masala and cook it until the raw smell goes off. Once the gravy gets ready add chopped Capsicum (Red&Green) and immediately add Crumbled paneer.

Mix well and cook under slow fire for few seconds until the masala mix well with paneer.

Do not over cook paneer, to avoid it become hard. Also do not over cook the Capsicum.

Garnish with chopped corriander and pudina.

Serve it hot with Roti, Naan, Bread toast.... Enjoy paneer bhurji ....
